Why can't I turn off anonymization?

Access to turn off anonymization in an supervison is controlled by your superuser.

Check if permission has been granted for your user.

Why do I get a black image during supervision?

There can be several reasons for this:

  1. Check the lens cover: Have you removed the small black plastic cover from the Nattugla camera?
  2. Test from mobile: Try supervision from your mobile browser (disconnect from WiFi). If this works, your workplace firewall may be blocking the connection.
  3. Firewall settings: The following ports need to be opened: 8443 (WebRTC) and 20000-30000 (TCP/UDP).
