FAQ
During Inspection
Access to turn off anonymization in an supervison is controlled by your superuser.
Check if permission has been granted for your user.
There can be several reasons for this:
- Check the lens cover: Have you removed the small black plastic cover from the Nattugla camera?
- Test from mobile: Try supervision from your mobile browser (disconnect from WiFi). If this works, your workplace firewall may be blocking the connection.
- Firewall settings: The following ports need to be opened: 8443 (WebRTC) and 20000-30000 (TCP/UDP).
Nattugla Features
The PoE adapter should have a steady light. Blinking lights may indicate a power supply issue. Try using a different cable from the power outlet to the PoE adapter.
Yes, Nattugla can be paused in two ways:
- Via patient alarm system: Nattugla pauses automatically when staff register as present (using a wall button, wearable device, or NFC).
- Via QR card: Hold the QR card in front of the Nattugla camera to pause for 30 or 60 minutes (depending on which side is shown). Show the card again to resume.
AMS scans the room and automatically recognizes furniture, making installation faster. You can also mark specific areas (exit door, bathroom door, ignore zones). These marked areas are preserved when you run AMS again.
Configuration
1-3 GB per hour when in a supervision.
1-5 MB per hour in standby modus
If Nattugla loses power or network connection, the system detects this and sends an alert to the personnel app. Nattugla will automatically restart when power and network are restored.
Note: While Nattugla is offline, no further alarms (such as fall detection) can be sent.
