Supervision

It is strictly regulated who can supervise the various service recipients – and when supervision can be carried out.

When you start a supervision, it will be logged that the supervision has started,
whether the microphone was activated to listen or speak and whether anonymization was deactivated, etc.

This log is stored for 18 months, or as long as the organization wishes.
